Welcome

Past Events

On December 20, 2009, the Children's Choir participated in our Christmas Service.  They sang "The Little Drummer Boy", "O Christmas Tree", and "Away in a Manger".  What a beautiful sight to see God's little children in worship by singing to the Lord.

On December 6, 2009, we were privileged to have with us Amer Olson, director of the Chicago branch of Jews for Jesus.  He recreated the actual Passover service and explained how it foreshadowed Jesus' death and resurrection.  Mr. Olson grew up in a home with a Jewish mother and a Gentile father.  During college, he began exploring his Jewish heritage, which led to his giving his life to Jesus.

On October 10, 2009, First Baptist Church Tinley Park participated in "The Bigger Breakfast".  Baptists from Britain, Canada, Nigeria, and the United States all gathered in their own churches around the world that Saturday to refocus on the work of men in our churches.
